Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
During product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

FREE Standard Shipping is available on all orders within the United States.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Throw Down Optics is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Throw Down Optics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist you with any information needed to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work quickly to make it right.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship every order on time, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Throw Down Optics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
