Throw Down Optics Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Throw Down Optics purchase.

If you wish to return your sunglasses, you may do so within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Sunglasses must be unused and in new condition.
• Sunglasses must be free of scratches, damage, wear, or signs of use.
• All original packaging, case, tags, and accessories must be included.
• Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of sunglasses that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or show any signs of wear.

No Returns After 30 Days

Returns and refunds will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

Our 6 months Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Our $15 Flat-Fee Replacement Program is available during the first 6 months for accidental damage (proof of purchase required; one replacement per original purchase). this does not count for scratched lenses

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
